CLASS TERMS:
Signing-up for a Scuba
Certification class should be fun! Doing so, however, means making a financial
commitment to the dates you select and fulfilling your part of class
preparation. The Andreas Aquatics has established and determined the
appropriate terms necessary for all concerned over our many years of doing
business. Please read carefully the terms below before signing-up for class:
The person making
the commitment of payment assumes responsibility for the dates and financial
commitment of all persons they sign-up and pay for. All class sign-up
monies are non-refundable or transferable for any reason. We offer a
re-registration fee of $50 for anyone changing class date(s) at least 10-days
prior to class.

FOR REGISTRATION (For each person):

Medical Questionnaire. 2) Fill out Student Folder. 3)
Tuition Payment
REQUIRED
STUDENT CLASS PREPARATION:
Home Study
Class: Complete all Home Study materials prior to scheduled Class/Pool date (If
not completed, class will be rescheduled at a fee of $150 plus $60 per hour
for anything over 8 hours.).
YOU WILL NEED:
Each person
will need their own Books and DVDs. Most people will prefer to own their own
Mask, Snorkel, Fins (and cold water Boots and Gloves if you will be finish the
dive portion here in California). All other equipment is provided for the Pool
portion and is available for rent or purchase for your Ocean Dives. Students
receive a Student
Discount on purchases of equipment, from time of registration to 30-days
after training with Andreas Aquatics is completed.
Transportation to and from
class, pool, or ocean training and lodging is the responsibility of the
student. Please let us know if you would like to be contacted by other
students wishing to carpool.
Although failure is very rare,
Certification is not guaranteed, you must attendant and successfully complete
all class requirements. Students completing their class with the Andreas
Aquatics have 1-year to complete the dive portion after the class and pool
training. Students completing the ocean dive portion elsewhere, have 6-months
to complete their dives.
